Bumble Bay-BEE is a small, family-owned business based in Lubbock, Texas. We sell custom bamboo clothing and handmade dolls through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a purchase.

Products & Pricing

All products are handmade and feature original, custom-designed prints. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and sizing may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

Sales Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Bamboo Clothing Care

To keep your bamboo clothing looking and feeling its best, please follow these care instructions:

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Use mild, color-safe detergent
• Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry
• Do not bleach or use fabric softener
• Iron on low heat if needed
• Bamboo fabric gets softer with each wash — no special treatment required

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in shrinkage, color fading, or fabric damage, which is not covered under our exchange policy.

Intellectual Property

All fabric designs, prints, product photography, and website content are the intellectual property of Bumble Bay-BEE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs or content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bumble Bay-BEE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
