Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS from Lubbock, Texas. We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders ship from Lubbock, Texas via the best available carrier. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing (handmade items!) plus shipping transit time.

Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more!
Processing Time
Because our items are handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final — exchange only.
We do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Exchange Requirements
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Include a photo of the defect or damage in your request
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at info@bumblebaybee.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
